Let's Catch Up!

Hello Dear Readers!

It has been an embarrassing amount of time since I blogged last.  I really adore writing, but I haven't been making time for it.  You know those Netflix subscriptions are a procrastinators paradise :/ Especially when 5 seasons of Parks and Rec are available to stream...no one can resist the charms of Leslie Knope.

Anyway, I am BEYOND due for an update.

In the past year I was hired at Angels Foster Family Network here in Edmond.  I work with some pretty freaking fantastic people who not only helped me land this job, but also make coming to work an absolute joy.  And I get paid to help this non-profit help children.  So it's a pretty sweet gig.
Check us out at www.angelsfosterokc.com  :)

I was honored to participate in 2 fantastic musicals.

I was Lucy in You're a Good Man Charlie Brown with Giving Tree Theatre
Not only is this show a total blast, but the people were pretty great too.  Even though I still don't understand why people kept telling my I was type cast... ;)

Then I had the pleasure of playing Violet Bick in It's A Wonderful Life: The Musical, directed by none other than my sweet cousins Bruce and Kim Greer!  It was such an honor to be approached by such talented people to do this show.  I also got to meet some awesome new friends Max and Kim whom I absolutely adore.

Some stills from the show!

And I got to reunite with my lovely family!

Another HUGE highlight of 2014 was getting to return to Ghana, Africa and see all my friends at The Village of Hope.  Over the past few years, I have been extremely blessed to serve as the Social Media Administrator for the non-profit Heartbeat for Hope.  If you want to know more about how you can donate to H4H, visit the website www.hearbeatforhope.com  ! I got to spend a whirlwind of a week loving on my sweet babies at VOH and visiting/making new friends in the surrounding villages.  God is doing big things there and I love getting to be a part of it!

Here are some highlights!
Goofing off with the boys in front of Boateng House!

Mishel and Eric.  These smiles..I can't.
 Making faces with Jesse

 Gabriel!
My best girl Abigail and our secret hand hold :)
 Emmanuel :)

And last but definitely not least, Ebenezer:)

I cannot wait to go back and see them!

Overall, I live an incredibly rich and full life that I certainly don't deserve.  I have friends and family who love me, roommates who make coming home at night so much fun, a job that allows me to serve and work with awesome people, and a passions that I am learning to hone and perfect in the hopes that someday they become a career.  Life as a 20 something can be so confusing sometimes and it's so easy to whine about the hard stuff and forget about what you have.  So I guess this blog post is more than just catching you up on my life.  It's a sort of "stop and smell the roses" moment for me.  And it was definitely overdue :)

Perspective is a beautiful thing

We didn't celebrate your birthday, Harry. Ginny and I... we'd prepared a cake. We were going to bring it out at the end of the wedding.

HARRY:
Hermione... I appreciate the thought, honestly. But given that we were almost killed by a couple of Death Eaters a few minutes ago...

                                   HERMIONE
                                      Right. Perspective.

I LOVE this quote.  And it's so true.  Perspective really is everything.  I have a tendency to catch myself complaining and worrying about things that are so completely and utterly "first world problems" that it is quite embarrassing. In light of the tornados that hit so close to home this week, I have been especially reflective on my life and the things that really matter.  Not 2 hours ago I was sitting here in my room, under my twinkle lights, catching up on a TV show while relaxing in my super comfy queen sized bed and worrying about whether I was going to get scheduled for enough hours this week at Anthropologie. Don't get me wrong...I'm not trying to brag at all...but let's be real...FIRST. WORLD. PROBLEMS.  I'm worrying about these things while people are sleeping on the rubble that used to be their homes not 72 hours ago.

Now I know that finding a job or having lack of appropriate hours at said job is nothing to take lightly, but when you end up dwelling on it instead of praying about it...you're not putting your faith in God.  I'M NOT PUTTING MY FAITH IN GOD.  We are told in Matthew 6:25-34 to look at the birds of the air and the flowers of the field.  The Lord cares for them.  Will he not care for us that much more?  "Can any one of you by worrying add a SINGLE HOUR to your life?" (vs 27) "Oh YOU of little faith"..."do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself.  Each day has enough trouble of it's own." (vs. 30&34) I cannot imagine having Jesus look at me and say "oh you of little faith". But he is speaking directly to me in this passage.  I so often try to pass off worry as prayer.  And they just aren't the same thing.  So as I write to you from my house that is still standing, where I live with 3 beautiful Christian women whom I am HONORED to call my friends, I encourage you to look at your life and try to put things in perspective.  We shouldn't have to have tragedy strike to be reminded just how blessed we are.

CHRISTMASSSSSSSSSSS!!!

I am FINALLY home after being in Oklahoma way too long!  Don't get me wrong...I love Oklahoma, but a Texas girl NEEDS her feet on Texas soil way more often than I'm able to do so:)

Anyway, the holiday's are upon us and one of my favorite things to do is get dressed up for a holiday party! What better time is there for bright red lips, glitter and bold colors?

I'm usually not such a girly girl...but you have to give this one to me.

I found a great holiday makeup tutorial that I just have to share!

I hope you enjoy!  I know what I'll be wearing Christmas Eve;)

Adulthood is HARD.

Ok Ok.

I know I said that I was moving, but something keeps leading me back to this blog.  I don't know if it's the followers or the previous posts or what, but I just love it and i'm back!  I hope you are all SO excited.  I know...it probably just made your day. (HA)

Anyway, to get down to the purpose of this post.  Adulthood is HARD.  I know that everyone who has ever gone into adulthood before me is going..."Well DUH." But seriously...It's harder than I anticipated.  I think the hardest part is trying to figure out exactly what it is that I want to do and what it is that God has planned for me.

If I can ask that you keep me in your prayers as I make decisions about my future and my life, I would appreciate it SO much.

You guys are great!

Hopefully I will be blogging more often!

Hello Followers!

As you may know, I am moving my blog (and hopefully all of you) to a new blog I'm calling "Is this real life?"  I hope you decide to switch over there with me!  It will be lots of fun!

Thanks guys!

The Number One Busiest

I know that you are all waiting on the edge of your seats to know what I'm doing on a Friday night...well I will tell you.

I am sitting on my couch...in my PJs...watching a chick flick that I am certain that I won't like the ending to.  I know that it doesn't sound glamourous, but it is actually the best thing! Well...except for the chick flick with the bad ending that is.

Life has been SUPER busy since school got back up and running! I'm constantly running from cabaret practice to spring sing practice to the apartment and then it's time for homework!  It just never ends!

But I am still so blessed!  God proves that to me every single day.

I am so blessed to have the wonderful roommates that I have.  Like today, my sweet precious roommate Natalie made me a yummy omelet with some fresh fruit and tea because I was tired and broke after cabaret rehearsal!  Little things like that just show me how much God loves me!

I hope that this weekend, God shows you how much you are loved:)

Bittersweetness.

Bittersweetness.

Did I make up that word? probably.  Is it the most accurate of how I feel. absolutely.

Today (January 7) would have been my Dad's 53 birthday.  That is such a weird thing to say.  "would have been."  It's almost been 6 years and I still expect him to come walking in that door! I'm glad it's that way though.  I fear the day that I am resigned to the fact he's not coming back and I pray that it never comes because I think it would just be too much to handle.  Maybe that makes me naive...but i'd rather call it...hopeful.  The hope is what keeps the sadness at bay.  HOWEVER, this was not meant to be a sappy, sad post...so here I go! :)

As per Callaway tradition, the tradition of being awesome that is, we celebrated Daddy's birthday by having a Callaway cookout!  Burgers, brats...the works.  And to top it off, it was 55 degrees.  Yep, we do it real and we do it big:) We ate yummy food, watched Castle (our new favorite show) and just enjoyed spending time together.

This break more than any of my other college breaks has shown me just how fantastic my family really is.  I mean i've always known that I was super blessed in the fam department, but seeing how my family is growing (as in getting older) and seeing how we deal with what life throws at us makes me so proud to be a part of it.  Dad would be proud. God truly is the great creator.

Tomorrow (January 8th) is my BEAUTIFUL Mom's birthday!  I am so excited that we get to celebrate with her...even though we have to drive back to school before her birthday is over:/  She is such an inspiring, God fearing and gorgeous woman.  I hope that I can be half as incredible as she is when I am her age.

That's all for now! I'm off to watch one more episode of Castle and then call it a night:)

Blessings,
Mads

A Year in Retrospect

It has just dawned on me how many blessings I received throughout the year 2011.

Sad isn't it?  That I had to ring in the new year before I could see just how blessed I was in the old year?

There were good memories and bad memories, lessons learned and laughter enjoyed...but through it all I see one recurring theme.  JESUS. He was with me all the way.  And sadly, through the latter half of good 'ole 2011, I couldn't feel him there.  But looking back in the past several weeks, I can see his fingerprints everywhere.  He was with me in the toughest of situations, in the happiest of moments and in the darkest of nights.  And I know that he will continue to walk with me, and carry me when needed, right on through 2012.

And THAT my friends, is something to celebrate.

Happy New Year!

The future...

Future.

Isn't that a loaded word?  No matter if you are 21 or 81, the future is always such an uncertain thing.

What does the "future" hold for me?

Well, i'm going into my senior year of college...no that was not a typo, I really am going to be a SENIOR...in COLLEGE.

unbelievable.

I'll have one extra semester at OC so I have a little extra time. I lovingly refer to it as taking half a victory lap:)

For those of you that don't know, the reason that I am going an extra semester is because I added Vocational Ministry to my Theatre major.  I just really feel like God is calling me to get out into the world and do his work.  I don't necessarily want to become a missionary, but I would like to move somewhere, just for a little while and do something theatre related and at the same time spreading the word of God.  I feel like my calling is to be in the secular world, but not of it, like the bible says.  I want people to see Jesus in my actions.

Now I have absolutely NO idea how this is going to happen.

:)

But that is where you come in.

If you happen across this blog, or you read it regularly please take a moment to pray for opportunities to come my way and that I am open to seeing what God has planned for me!

on a different note..
This movie comes out in 2. DAYS.

I'm going to be in shambles.

That's all for now! :)

The Busiest of the Busys

Yes I am aware that the title of this blog is probably not proper English (it's definitely not)...but those of you who know me should be used to these funny phrases by now:)

It's been far too long since I have blogged! Instead I have been keeping up with a journal and i'm SO proud of myself for that! I know...it's a miraculous feat.

A short update on my life is this...I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I'M DOING.

This is a good thing and a bad thing.  Well not bad, but just uncomfortable.

As human beings, we have been born with this idea that we MUST be in control of every facet of our life at all times.  We are taught that surrendering control to someone else is weak and should be avoided.  This is a lie.  I am learning (oftentimes the hard way) that I am not in control of my life.
My goal for this summer is to not just sit back and hope that God sends good things my way, but to actively and avidly search out Christ and pray for him to reveal purpose to me.

Don't get me wrong, I have lots of dreams and hopes and goals and ambitions.  Anyone who knows me well knows that I LOVE to be busy with lots of things and interacting with lots of people! ( hence the title of this post) but sometimes I can use that as a distraction from other things in my life that I need to be dealing with.  I also let my dreams and my ambitions for this life get in the way of what God wants me to do.  And I know that what God wants for me is always way better than what I want for myself.  Isn't that the best feeling?!  Then why is it so hard for us to surrender to his plan?  Yeah I'm still trying to figure that out...I'll let you know if i ever do ;)

I am currently working in the Student Life office as an intern up at OC and I am SO happy to be on campus this summer!  I get to work on fun things like church camp and Earn Your Wings (I'm an Assistant Director this year!) and campus-y things like that!

I just returned from chorale tour where we went to Washington DC and New York City! It was a really great trip!

Here are a few of my favorite memories...
 The World War II Memorial
 President Lincoln. Love the guy.
The National Art Gallery had SO MUCH DEGAS. I was in heaven.
 My favorite sculpture!
 Madison Dr! Guys I'm famous.
 Our Nation's Capitol
Thomas and Jared came with me to the indoor flower gardens!

Overall, it was a really fantastic trip! Then I got to go home for about 10-ish days and spend time with the fam:) It was great!

I'm looking forward to seeing where God takes me this summer!

I'll update again soon...maybe...

Lord give me strength to make it through somehow...

These past few weeks have been some of the most physically and emotionally exhausting that I can remember.

It's in times like these that the Lord whispers strength to me and sends the most beautiful people into my life at just the right time.

Today, my dear friend Elise and her family had to say goodbye to their mother.  It was such a beautiful ceremony for a truly beautiful woman.  I am so glad that God brought Elise into my life.  She is beautiful, strong, Godly, lovely and absolutely in love with Jesus.  She is such an inspiration for me and I am so glad that she included me in this day.

This funeral that I attended today was the first funeral that I have been too since we buried my Dad.  I did not realize how hard it was going to be until I got there.  The most wonderful thing is that God did know how hard it was going to be, so he gave me the blessing of having my sisters there.  I cannot express how much having them there with me gave me strength.  I am so thankful that God lead me to Gamma Rho and the wonderful women that make it what it is.

The Lord is showing me over and over that he cares for me and that he holds me in his arms.

I am so, so, so blessed.

On a more upbeat, excited note...SPRING SING IS TONIGHT!!!

more pictures to come!!

A Million Times Blessed

God has blessed me with the MOST amazing women in my life. Seriously. I don't know what I would do without them.

First of all, let me tell you about my mom.  She is amazing. She is the most strong, beautiful, Godly and loving woman I have ever met. I adore her. I want to be like her. She is the best.
There she is. Isn't she cute?:)

Then as if having the best mom in the WORLD was not enough, God blessed me with the best roommates in the world.  They put up with my weird little quirks, my lack of initiative to do dishes (sorry i'm working on it), and my incessant singing.
They are wonderful.

And I swear that this girl and I were separated at birth because we are seriously sisters and soul mates.
Laura Leigh almost Vanderzee:)
I don't know what I'd do without her.

And I can't forget this next girl.  She is an absolute joy and rock in my life.
I love working with her!

I really just have the best friends anyone could ask for.

God has blessed me way too much:)

Flowers, Candy Hearts and Jesus

So tomorrow is Valentines Day.  I feel like this is one holiday that every single person has an opinion on.  I mean people either go disgustingly ga-ga over it or they loathe it entirely.

I however am in the small percentage of people who just doesn't have a really strong opinion about good ole' V-day.

I think that God calls us to love each other every day and I learned from my parents beautiful relationship that love is unconditional and that it grows daily.  They showed me that you don't need a designated day to show the one you love that you love them, but when it comes along...you should take advantage of it. :)

Tomorrow I am looking forward to loving on my friends, eating Big Truck Tacos with the girls, making a yummy dessert, thanking God for the relationships he has given me along with my capacity to love, and focusing on the relationships I do have, while praying for my future ones.

Valentines Day doesn't have to be SAD (Singles Awareness Day), it should be filled with love for family, friends, and life:)

Love you all!

My 3rd to Last First Day of School.

Hello Everyone!  Happy 2011!

I don't know if I'll ever get used to the 2000's.  I'm such an 1990's girl. Not that I advocate bringing those hairstyles back.  Anyway, I don't really believe in New Year's Resolutions but I do believe in setting goals.  I feel like there is so much pressure riding on a resolution.  Also, I feel like most people make them just for the sake of telling people that they are making them.  Which totally defeats the purpose.  Here are a few of my goals for 2011.

1. Love More Often- Jesus gives such a strong example of love and I don't often follow it.  With a little prayer I think I can manage this:)

2. Become a Better Student- for those of you who know me, you'll know that the only way to go is up on this one;)

3. Commit to Reading My Bible-  If I can read my bible at least three nights a week (not counting for bible class) I will be a very happy camper.

4. Keep Up With Encouragement Notes- these dang things kill me every week!  It's not hard, I just have to do it.  And I can....please encourage me.  That pun was absolutely intended.

5. Take on a Healthier Lifestyle-  I am in my best friends wedding this summer and she deserves to have smokin hot bridesmaids!  haha that's so vain...but seriously.  Healthy habits and regular work out routines inspire better attitudes and daily functioning.  I could use a bit of both.

These are 5 things that I know that I can improve on.  The list my grow longer but for now this will do!

Feel free to hold my accountable adoring public;)

Wishing you all a wonderful first week of school!

My heart cannot be kindled without you

I'm going to admit something to you all tonight.

I have no idea who I am.

There I said it.

Maybe I should rephrase.  I know exactly who I am...who I can and should be...but I don't know where that girl has gone.  As cheesy as it sounds, I found myself in Switzerland this summer.  Never before had i felt so close to God.  He was so real to me there.  So tangible.  He was in everything I saw, everything I touched and in everyone that I met.  The development in our relationship had endless possibilities.  Sometimes it feels like I said goodbye to him in the airport in Geneva.

Let me admit something else to you.

It's very hard for me to refer to God as my Father.

Someday I hope to sincerely call him Father and mean it.  I miss my earthly father so much that it almost seems like a betrayal to give his name to anyone else.  It would make my Dad sad to hear me say that.  But as of right now it's an unfortunate truth.  I feel like I should have all the answers by now! By the worlds standards I'm doing just about everything right.  I'm an intern at a church that I love, I'm majoring in something that I'm passionate about, I'm living on my own, I have a great group of friends and I'm involved at my school.  I've got everything together right? That is far from the truth.  God has blessed me with all of these things and daily I take them for granted.  Sometimes I even take credit for them!  Who am I to take credit for the gifts and opportunities given to me?

Every day has become a routine. Get up, get ready, go to class, go to chapel, go to lunch, take a nap, go to rehearsal, go to church, do homework (sometimes), go to bed, and then start all over.

I feel like i've lost my passion.  I'm starting to worry about the future.  Where will I live after graduation?  Who will I marry?  What exactly will I be doing?  What are my plans for this summer?  How am I handling my relationships now?  What if, what if, what if?!

I can't keep living like this.

I need to find myself again.

I need to find that giddy, little girl who is so in love with Jesus that I left wandering around on the other side of the world.  I want that Madison back, and I know my friends and family do to.

I believe in the power of prayer, so would you pray for me?  Pray that God scoops me up in his arms and rekindles my passion.

I'm so thankful for the people I have in my life.  I am richly blessed.  God will see me through.

Happy Thanksgiving:)

Hyperbole Crew Bs

Oh my heavens.

I have been the busiest little bee lately!  I might have spread myself too thin this semester but that's the way I like it.  It's not that I can't say no, it's just that there's nothing I want to say no to:)

This week will HONESTLY be the busiest week of my life!  It's homecoming here at OC and I'm on one of the homecoming committees and in the musical Thoroughly Modern Millie.

I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT WE GO UP THIS WEEK!

I'm just so excited.  It's going to be great and everyone should come!

Let me tell you all something else.
God has blessed me with the most wonderful and precious friends.  Hence the title of this blog.  Let me explain.

You might refer to us as dramatic...but I like to think we are living life to the fullest and perfecting the art of putting hyperbole to everyday use.

For example:  "I am literally going to explode into a million pieces."  or my most recent favorite...

"I WILL BARF UP A PLANET."  -Melanie Sullivan

Just makin life more interesting:)

On a more serious note, I ask that you please pray for my precious friend Elise's mom.  She has been in and out of the hospital this year and is in a pretty serious condition.

Here is the link to the blog Elise is keeping.

http://missgoosie.tumblr.com/

I ask that you pray for healing and that God's will be done.  Also that they can feel his arms around them during this time.

Well, I'm off to run a secret errand!

More blogging soon!

The Delights of a Busy Blogger

Well everyone...I officially suck at maintaining a blog. I think it was probably August the last time I updated. I will seriously try to do better, but life is so dang busy!
I have to give a shout out to Meagan Branch for being able to keep up her blog while planning a wedding, being an awesome president of Gamma Rho AND being overall director of Spring Sing. She is crazy but I LOVE her!Last time I posted, I think I talked about Earn Your Wings and how wonderful it was...and if I didn't then I will now:)

It was so great!

Here is my AWESOME hub!

My wonderful friend Natalie. What would I do without her?

My Hub Partner Blake and I!

We had the best time! I loved getting to meet so many of the freshmen.

Now on to more recent things!

On Friday...TORI AND LOGAN GOT ENGAGED!!!!

We had a little fake wedding in 116:)

Now our apartment will be filled with wedding talk and bridal magazines:)

Also, I tried out for a musical!

Ever heard of Thoroughly Modern Millie?

Well, it's our homecoming musical this year at OC! I'm soooooo excited about it! I got called back for the part of Millie and I had a blast doing call backs for it! I ended up not getting the part, but I had the best audition i've ever had and that's all I can ask for. My characters name is Gloria and she is one of Millie's best friends. One of the best things about this musical, is that it is full of tap! I cannot wait to start learning choreography because I get to dance SO much!

God is just the greatest.

The Joy of the Lord

The Joy of the Lord will be my strength.

What powerful words.

I have been filled with joy that can only come from God and I LOVE IT. God's joy is contagious, and I hope that it is spreading to others that I come in contact with b/c it's just too wonderful not to share!

On that note, let me tell you that Earn Your Wings 2010 was PHENOMENAL. seriously. this class of freshmen are crazy awesome and God is going to do great things with them. I do not have enough time in this blog to accurately describe how wonderful earn your wings was, so i'll save that for my next blog.

My first day of Junior year was today. cray-cray. I honestly can't believe it. but instead of harping on how short life is, I'm going to enjoy it. I'm going to soak up life, breathe in the sights and sounds that God has given me and serve God in everything that I do. At least I'm going to try. :)

Earlier I mentioned that lately I have had such contagious joy. Let me tell you why.

1. My new friends. God has revealed himself through some of the most wonderful people I got to meet last week. I already love all my new friends and they make me so happy.

2. My old friends. They are the most precious wonderful things in the world to me. I am so blessed to be surrounded by girls who stand by my side, make me laugh like crazy and give it to me straight when the situation calls for it. I am so blessed to be surrounded by guys who protect me, crack me up and treat me with respect that comes from living a Godly life. I have friends who are involved, who love to love people and who genuinely care about making this world a better place by letting God take control and run with it.

3. My mom. She is just the best. seriously. I get an encouraging email from her every day and she loves me unconditionally.

4. MY LORD. He is so good to me. I can't express my love for him enough. His love is truly everlasting. He has blessed me with the job of being an intern for the MRCC Campus Ministry and I can't wait to see what he does through our team.

I can't wait to see what God has in store for me. I know satan is already working on a plan to exploit my weakness and take away my peace. But I stand strong in the Lord and I lean on him to keep me safe.

You are all in my prayers. Let me know if I can make your lives easier!:)

In HIS love,
Madison

Ch-Ch-Ch Changes!

Oh my goodness guys...i'm a JUNIOR! IN. COLLEGE.

Isn't it funny how every time we move up a grade or we get a year older, we are all so shocked by it!? I mean, it's the natural progression of things, and yet it feels so foreign.

CHANGE. that is a foreign word. It's a loved and hated word. On my end it's mostly hated. I've gone through some pretty rough and unwelcome changes in my life, so when it comes knocking I'm not the first one to let it in. In fact I'm usually looking desperately for something to barricade the door. I've noticed in these past two years of school that a lot of times, this hurts me more than it helps. Our lives are changing from the time we take our very first breath. and we have absolutely no control over it! That would be reason number two that I would rather resist change than give it an open invitation. I like to be in control...I know you are all shocked. Now just because I have identified these reasons does not mean that I'm going to invite change over for a cup of tea, but it does make me more aware of who is in control. GOD. That's it. He is in control of my life, and let's be honest, is there any better Captain than our Lord?

God has shown me amazing things this summer. He took me halfway across the world to meet some wonderful people that will influence my life forever. And some of them live not 3 hours from me! I believe in a God who can do anything. I believe in a God who speaks to me through whatever means necessary to get my attention. Like, let's say...a fortune cookie.

Yes, my God speaks to me through chinese take-out dessert. Just a few weeks after I got home from Switzerland, my family ordered Pei-Wei and this is what my fortune cookie said:

"Sometimes traveling to a new place leads to great transformation."

WHOA.

and if that wasn't enough, my 2 lucky numbers were the first listed in the line of lucky numbers...they also happen to be my birthday. 3/13.

How's that for a sign?

My God is a god of wonder and awe and power and love and jealousy and humor and majesty and limitless possibilities. And I am so excited about what he will do in my life this year.

That being said, let me tell you about some things that he is already doing for my family and for me!:)

1. my brother got a raise.
2. my mommy got a job
3. my dogs got clean bills of health

Now those are great things!

As for me, God saw fit to allow me two AMAZING jobs for this school year! I will be a College Intern at Memorial Road Church of Christ AND I will be working for student life as a Freshman Link! I am so so SO excited for this opportunity. I am already praying for all of my girls in my hall of the freshman dorm and I can't wait to meet them! I am also actively praying for the campus ministry at Mem. Road. Jeff McMillion is a fabulous campus minister and I am so blessed to be working with him and with the other 4 interns!

I am so excited about this year, but I'm also a little sad about leaving my family. I know they will miss me, and I them, but we will all be reunited quicker then we think!

Please be praying for this school year and for all of the students going back to school! I have a great feeling about it!:)
